OVERVIEW OF THE TELEHEALTH PROGRAM

What is LifePact?
LifePact Health is a telehealth platform that provides access to personalized health optimization services such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, GLP-1 medications, and advanced diagnostic testing like blood work. All care is managed by licensed medical providers, with support from dedicated Wellness Advisors to guide you through the process.
LifePact Health provides services nationwide, subject to state-specific medical licensure and prescribing regulations.

COSTS, PAYMENT, & INSURANCE

Is LifePact Health covered by insurance?

LifePact is a cash-pay service and does not bill insurance. However, many services may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement, including:

  • Blood work
  • Medical provider consultations
  • Prescribed medications

Check with your HSA/FSA provider for exact eligibility.

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • HSA or FSA cards
  • Other approved methods (as outlined during your consultation)

TELEHEALTH PROCESS: WHAT TO EXPECT

How long does the full process take?
Typically 7–12 business days from intake to treatment. Lab results generally take 3–5 days after your blood draw.
This is required to verify your identity and ensure prescriptions are issued correctly. It’s a standard process in telehealth to remain compliant with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations.

It’s a 15-minute phone call with a Wellness Advisor to:

  • Explain next steps
  • Set expectations
  • Answer non-medical questions
This is not a medical visit—it’s to ensure clarity before you meet with a provider.

PATIENT ELIGIBILITY & REFERRALS

Can I use recent blood work instead of getting new labs?
Yes—if the results are from the past 60–90 days and include all necessary markers. Your provider will confirm if additional testing is needed.
You may still join LifePact. The medical team will review your history and decide whether to continue, modify, or improve your protocol. You must not stop current treatment without medical clearance.
If you’re pregnant or trying to conceive, speak to your OB-GYN first. Some treatments may not be appropriate during this time.

LAB RESULTS & OPTIMIZATION

What if my labs come back “normal”?
“Normal” doesn’t always mean “optimal.” Even within standard ranges, you may experience fatigue, low libido, poor sleep, or slow recovery. LifePact focuses on functional health—helping you perform at your best, not just avoid disease.
  • Normal: Based on broad averages used in conventional medicine
  • Optimal: Based on performance, energy, aging, and personal wellness

TREATMENT OPTIONS & THERAPIES

What’s the difference between HRT and peptides?
  • HRT/TRT replaces declining hormones like testosterone, estrogen, or progesterone.
  • Peptides are short amino acid chains that stimulate your body’s own functions—such as fat metabolism, recovery, sleep, or cognitive performance.
No. Some protocols like HRT are designed for long-term use, but peptides and other therapies are often used in cycles. Your provider will guide you based on your results, goals, and how your body responds.

Not all medications require injections. Options may include:

    • Injections (SubQ or IM)
    • Oral tablets/capsules
    • Topical creams or gels

Dissolvable troches (under the tongue)

  • Subcutaneous (SubQ): Just under the skin (abdomen, thigh); slower absorption
  • Intramuscular (IM): Deeper into the muscle (glute or deltoid); faster absorption

Both methods are safe and self-administered with proper instruction.
