The incisions are entirely hidden behind the hairline, meaning patients won\u2019t have any visible scars on their forehead.<br \/>The brow lift may also be done by placing the incision in front of the hairline to allow the surgeon to remove underlying skin and tissue, and directly raise the brows. This approach is best for patients with a long forehead or a receding hairline. The surgeon will take care to angle the incision with the hair follicles so that the scar fades away and is well hidden.<\/p><p>Another technique that may be used to perform a brow lift is to directly remove the skin and underlying tissue directly above the eyebrow. The incisions are placed on the upper border of the eyebrow hair and the scar fades. This approach is commonly used in men or in cases where incisions higher up on the forehead are not
